Canadiana Fest 2025 is on for Saturday, September 20, 2025 at the Arcadia Creek Festival Place from 4-10 pm!
The Hilton Garden Inn and the Home2 Suites are partner hotels located directly next to each other and one short block from the festival entrance! They have given us a block rate for the 2025 festival weekend, accessible below. You must book before 8/20/25 to get the block rate.

There is ample parking near the festival site. While there are several paid parking garages and lots, including two ramps (marked with hearts) that are three blocks or less from the gate. On street metered parking is free all day Saturday as well, so park downtown and stroll over! While there may be construction in the area, you are able to walk up Eleanor to the gate with no trouble.
Canadiana Fest believes in making the world more accessible. Like last year, we plan to have ASL interpreters for our hearing impaired guests for the opening ceremonies and our musical acts! We are also planning to have QR codes to audio recordings of the schedule of events for our visually impaired guests, dedicated space in front of the stage for our guests with wheelchairs and other mobility devices, and a drop off zone for those unable to walk long distances.
