Come be a part of the action! We need your help to make the Can-Am Peace Jam at Canadiana Fest the best it can be. You’ll get free admission to the Fest, a great t-shirt, a good time, and the knowledge you were part of something fun that helped out the South Michigan Food Bank, Loaves and Fishes and the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative.
Setup on Friday 9/18 from 5-ish to 7-ish consists of things like putting up 10×10 popups, hanging banners and signs, running electrical cords, decorating, etc. Breakdown on Sunday 9/20 is usually 10-ish to noonish doing all of those things in reverse.
Some “day of” examples for Saturday 9/19 would be pouring beer or selling soft drinks, helping out at the info booth, greeting guests, selling our cool merchandise, guiding our mascots Kalam A. Moose or Bobby Beerver around so they don’t run into things, assisting in the Children’s Area, hanging out in the Canuck Canteen selling concessions, making sure the grounds are kept tidy, and other things as needed.
